1. Acceptance

By installing or using TextPipe — SMS Telegram Forwarder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

The App forwards incoming SMS messages from your Android device to a Telegram chat through a Cloudflare Worker proxy. It requires an active internet connection and a configured Telegram bot.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding SMS interception, forwarding, and privacy.
• You must have lawful authority to read and forward SMS messages on the device where the App is installed.
• You are responsible for securing access to your Telegram bot and chat.

4. In-App Purchase

The App offers a one-time purchase of $1 (USD) to unlock multi-SIM routing. This purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. See Google Play's refund policy for details.

5. Service Availability

The App depends on third-party services (Cloudflare Workers, Telegram Bot API, and your mobile carrier). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime, message loss, or delivery delays may occur.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the forwarding service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are:

• Using the service for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
• Abusing the infrastructure (excessive requests, automated abuse)
• Violating these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTPIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED MESSAGES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (i.e., $1 or $0 if you have not made a purchase).

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its source code, design, and branding are the property of TextPipe. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable open-source licenses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will note the new effective date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
